Julia Demeter

Born and raised in the Bay Area, in a classic Brady Bunch 70’s style family, Julia moved from the suburbs to “The City” (San Francisco) to finish college and start a career. Julia’s range of career experience includes project manager for loan automation at Westamerica Bank, product support for Citimortgage’s first POS loan origination system, to VP of Customer Satisfaction Measurement at Charles Schwab. Julia has been a Loan Officer with Holmgren & Associates, providing both traditional and reverse mortgages for the last four years. She lives in the Oakmore district of Oakland with her husband Joe and their two children, Natalie, 17 and Joey III, 15.
